As a Front Desk Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience through check-ins, appointment scheduling, and payment processing. You’ll respond to inquiries about treatments and products, resolve minor concerns, and escalate major issues when necessary. The role also includes managing patient records, handling phone and email communications, and performing administrative tasks to support daily operations. Additionally, you’ll help maintain a clean and inviting lounge environment and complete opening and closing duties as required.
Listed pay is $24 to $30 an hour.
