You’ll serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for hotel and local area information while ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to resolve issues efficiently, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required, with prior hospitality experience preferred. Availability for night shifts is also necessary.
