You’ll manage customer onboarding, payments, and account updates using ERP systems and automation tools, while maintaining accurate documentation and reports. Responsibilities also include inspecting bikes, issuing fines, managing inventory, coordinating stock transfers, and supporting daily store operations. This role requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts across all days of the week, along with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills to contribute to a welcoming and efficient store environment.
