As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities include verifying guest reservations, handling payments, managing room assignments, and recognizing VIP and frequent guests. You’ll also maintain a house bank, handle traveler’s checks, post charges, and assist with safety deposit boxes. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle daily operations efficiently while providing excellent service. Participation in team meetings and training is expected, along with completing other assigned duties as needed.
Listed pay is $30.54 an hour.
