The Guest Services Representative plays a key role in delivering a luxury resident experience by proactively anticipating and responding to guest needs. This position involves managing daily operations such as reservations, check-ins/outs, package logging, and coordinating with internal teams for maintenance and housekeeping. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, as the role includes handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, while also assisting with VIP client interactions and promoting community offerings. A polished, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach is vital in maintaining AVE’s high service standards.
Listed pay is $26 to $30 an hour.
