As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will engage directly with customers to guide them through the entire sales and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Your role will include educating customers on service benefits, resolving concerns with professionalism, and closing sales effectively. You’ll represent the company in a positive light, develop impactful sales strategies, and utilize internal systems to manage orders and scheduling. This position is ideal for self-starters with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping others stay connected. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
M-F day shift, weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $700 to $1,200 a week.
