Customer Service/Sales Associates provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support to customers by identifying their needs and assisting them through the full sales process. Associates are trained to greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales across various store departments while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and safe shopping environment. They work closely with department supervisors and team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations. This role includes responsibilities in multiple departments such as Electrical, Lumber, Plumbing, and more, and may involve specialized positions like Sales Specialist or Customer Order Specialist. Adherence to safety policies and proactive hazard reporting is essential.
Listed pay is $20 to $23 an hour.
