This hybrid role combines administrative support with direct customer engagement, focusing on both office operations and in-depth vehicle technology education. Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, vehicle inventory updates, paperwork coordination, and general office tasks. As a concierge, you’ll guide new Volvo owners through their vehicle’s safety, infotainment, and driver assistance features, ensuring a smooth and informed delivery experience. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of working weekends and holidays with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Day shift, with holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 to $23 an hour.
