The Financial Assistance Representative I is responsible for managing delinquent accounts by contacting members with overdue loans, negative balances, or past-due Visa accounts to arrange payment solutions and ensure account recovery. This role requires strong communication skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, perform skip-tracing, and assist with processing loan extensions, phone payments, and workout loans. The representative also supports administrative duties such as preparing legal documents, managing charge-off requests, and assisting with bankruptcy and deceased member account follow-up. Excellent service, sound judgment, and compliance with policies are essential to minimizing escalations and supporting financial recovery efforts.
Rotating shifts.
Listed pay is $26 to $34 an hour.
