This role involves stepping in during busy periods, maintaining high service standards, and supporting a positive work environment. Candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, perform well under pressure, and be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Experience with Microsoft Office, OPERA, and IHG brand systems is preferred.

Listed pay is: $18 to $19 an hour.
