The Client Services Agent at Acumen plays a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and their families by providing attentive, accurate, and compassionate service throughout the client lifecycle. This includes managing enrollment, processing paperwork, handling inbound and outbound communication, and performing precise data entry across multiple systems. The agent fosters strong relationships with clients, third-party contacts, and internal departments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This position requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to resolve inquiries, support program growth, and maintain high service standards in a mission-driven environment.

M-F schedule with weekends and holidays as needed.
