As a Care Management Associate (Outbound Enrollment Representative), you will connect directly with patients to educate them on health and wellness programs that support their complex medical needs. Through outbound calls, you’ll explain available benefits, answer questions, and encourage members to enroll in no-cost care programs provided through their insurance. This role requires strong communication and documentation skills, as you’ll simultaneously guide conversations and take thorough notes. Ideal candidates will have inside sales experience, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. The position includes 4–5 weeks of paid remote training and follows a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, aligned with Hawaii business hours.
M-F schedule.
Listed pay is $18.50 to $38.82 an hour.
