As a Customer Sales & Service Rep II, you’ll deliver exceptional service to SiteOne customers by building strong relationships, addressing complex inquiries, and supporting both in-person and online orders. With your advanced product knowledge and customer insight, you’ll help drive sales growth and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities include preparing inventory orders, assisting with merchandising and inventory management, and maintaining a safe, organized store environment. You’ll also support the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance performance, while contributing to team training and development.
Listed pay is $26 to $28 an hour.
