The Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing high call volumes, accurately processing customer accounts, and maintaining detailed records. CSRs build trust through open communication, address customer concerns promptly, and follow up to ensure resolution. They meet performance targets while following established procedures and policies. Success in this position requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy, adaptability to varied schedules, and the ability to work collaboratively in a small, family-oriented team environment.
Overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $17 to $19 an hour.
