The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering excellent customer support by managing inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, returns, and special requests, and maintaining accurate records in line with GalleherDuffy guidelines. This role includes collaborating with the Credit Department and outside sales staff, preparing reports, and assisting with shipping and open order follow-ups. Responsibilities also involve providing quotes, samples, and product information, recommending solutions based on customer needs, and promoting sales, promotions, and new product launches. By resolving inquiries promptly and escalating issues when necessary, the representative ensures customer satisfaction while supporting business growth and process improvements.
M-F plus overtime as needed.
Listed pay is: $19 to $22 an hour.
