The Teller/Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting members with financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, address changes, and new account openings. This role focuses on building and deepening member relationships, fostering loyalty by exceeding expectations, and identifying opportunities to offer relevant products and services. In addition to contributing to business goals through sales and service excellence, the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of cash handling, sales, or operations experience, and eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in compliance with the SAFE Act.
