The Customer Service Associate (Spanish Bilingual) serves as the primary point of contact for customers via inbound phone support, assisting in both Spanish and English. This role involves troubleshooting customer issues, identifying root causes, and resolving concerns efficiently while meeting quality, schedule, and performance standards. The associate provides exceptional service with a focus on first-call resolution, may mentor less experienced team members, and performs related duties as needed. Qualified candidates have at least six months of customer service experience, strong communication and computer skills, the ability to multitask across multiple systems, and the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional, distraction-free environment.
Listed pay is $17.50 an hour.
