The Leasing Consultant assists prospective residents throughout the rental process by conducting interviews to assess housing needs and qualifications, entering applicant information into company systems, and guiding prospects through model apartments while explaining community features, amenities, and lease terms. This role verifies applications and lease documentation, completes leasing agreements, and collects required deposits and fees while ensuring all records remain accurate and up to date.
Additionally, the Leasing Consultant introduces new residents to property procedures and fosters positive resident relationships by delivering a welcoming and professional experience. The position focuses on maintaining strong communication and providing high-quality service to create a positive first and lasting impression for all residents.
Listed pay is: $22 to $25 an hour.
