The Customer Service Representative provides professional and timely support to customers through phone, email, SMS, and other communication channels, ensuring inquiries are handled with accuracy and urgency. This role assists customers with product information, service scheduling, order placement, returns, and exchanges while clearly explaining plumbing products, maintenance plans, warranties, and company policies. Representatives resolve customer concerns with empathy and strong problem-solving skills, offer basic troubleshooting guidance, and coordinate with technical teams for advanced service needs or escalate complex issues when necessary.
Additional responsibilities include accurately processing and monitoring customer orders, maintaining updated customer records within the CRM system, and proactively communicating order updates and expectations. The position also supports customer decision-making by recommending appropriate products or services, sharing information about promotions and new offerings, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
Listed pay is $20 to $25 an hour.
