This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and achieving or exceeding sales production goals.
In this position, the Insurance Agent builds trust with clients by offering knowledgeable guidance and helping customers select coverage that best protects their assets and lifestyle. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of transactions, processing timely deposits, and ensuring all documentation is properly entered into the agency management system. The role combines sales performance, customer relationship management, and attention to detail to support long-term client satisfaction and business growth.
Company will help with obtaining insurance certifications.
Listed pay is $80,000 to $160,000 a year.
