The Customer Service Specialist provides outstanding customer support by assisting wholesale and retail customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while ensuring accurate sales transactions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining work order records, pulling and preparing products, tinting and mixing items to customer specifications, and supporting inventory control through stocking, displays, and organization of assigned areas. The position also involves assisting with deliveries, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining store equipment, and contributing to sales growth by staying knowledgeable about products and suggesting opportunities to improve overall sales performance.
Listed pay is $20 an hour.
