As a Customer Service Representative, manages customer communications through phone, email, website chat, and in-person showroom interactions to provide timely assistance and support. Processes lead order entry, manages order changes, and completes end-of-day invoicing and reconciliation while resolving customer concerns related to shipments, quantities, damaged materials, and product issues. Coordinates delivery tracking and communicates regularly with customers regarding backorders and open orders. Promotes new and closeout product programs to customers and supports operational needs, including participating in rotating Saturday shifts.
Listed pay is $20 to $23 an hour.
