Reviews completed repair orders to ensure work is properly performed, documented, and compliant with dealership standards, including accurate recording of complaints, causes, and corrections. Monitors job progress, prioritizes urgent repairs and comebacks, and communicates updates regarding time or cost changes to service advisors and customers. Collaborates with the Parts Department to ensure availability of required materials, schedules maintenance for service equipment, and assists in identifying necessary supplies and equipment to support smooth service department operations.
Listed pay is $22 to $30 an hour.
