As a Facilities Coordinator, Client Customer Service, serves as the primary liaison for facilities-related matters by addressing client inquiries, coordinating responses to maintenance issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems across assigned facilities. Monitors building operations, creates and manages work orders, and coordinates with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to schedule repairs, maintenance, and special projects. Maintains ongoing communication with clients and service providers, tracks work order progress, reviews vendor proposals, and oversees vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery. Conducts site inspections, supports special events, documents facility activities, and assists with reporting performance metrics while contributing to helpdesk operations and supporting regional facilities management initiatives.

Pay is listed from $17.54 to $32.40 an hour.
