Today we started with typing practice. Then we moved onto practicing writing emails to customers of the fake Power of Wellness! Gym. This was followed up on some practice customer service scenarios where one person played the customer and the other the employee. For playing the employee we did one run through where we were terrible and the other where we were actually good. It’s pretty crazy how much easier (and more fun) it is to be bad. But of course, as the video we watched at the end of class, in customer service it’s much better to think What’s in it for Others (WIFO) than What’s in it for Me (WIFM).
