Today we went over scenarios 1-3, and each independently played the different roles and used the micro SP app to call each other. We also did transfers and holds on the micro SP app; it felt like using the old telephones that the business would use to receive calls. At the end of the day, we started working on another assignment. We also did the rose, bud, and thorn assignment and finished it during class time. Tomorrow will be tech articles.
