We started out on typing practice again. Afterwards, we worked on our monthly Rose, Bud, and Thorn email and then moved onto practicing transferring calls. The calls were a little bit confusing, mainly because we would get confused about where we were in the script or who was which part as we rotated through them. But in reality that won’t matter while the actually transferring will. And we did good on the latter. Then we rapped up with practicing emails with “needy” customers (like one person who wanted to get an employee’s email address).
