Friends of the Jerusalem Youth Chorus, the U.S. nonprofit behind the Israeli-Palestinian Jerusalem Youth Chorus, is looking for a Development & Operations Coordinator to keep its fundraising and back-office operations running.
The role centers on development work: processing donations and sending acknowledgments, keeping the donor CRM and donor reports accurate, coordinating direct-mail and digital fundraising campaigns, and supporting donor events and grant administration. On the operations side, you would track expenses, invoices, and credit card activity, help with monthly financial reconciliation, and maintain compliance calendars and organized digital records.
This is a part-time (20 hours per week), remote W2 position paying $27 per hour. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — to apply, email your cover letter and resume to [email protected].
A few things to know: the posting asks for 2-4 years of nonprofit administration experience and familiarity with donor CRMs, which may be a stretch above true entry level. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.
