Santa Rosa Post Acute, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at 4650 Hoen Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95405, is hiring a full-time, in-person Admissions Assistant. Pay is $24–$27 per hour.
As the Admissions Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, their families, hospitals, and referral sources. You will coordinate and schedule admissions from the first inquiry through move-in: answering questions about the facility and its services, giving tours, assisting with paperwork and insurance verification, and keeping accurate, up-to-date records of each step. You will collaborate with the nursing team, social services, and other administrative staff to make every new resident’s transition welcoming and smooth.
