Full-time, on-site member service center phone representative position with 1st Nor Cal Credit Union in Martinez, CA. Duties include providing a broad range of credit union services to members via incoming phone calls, secure email, and online chat; processing transactions such as transfers, loan payoffs, and account maintenance; and assisting members with digital banking and general inquiries.
