Administrative Assistant – Full Time – Richmond, CA

DHX Enterprises is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant who is outgoing and enjoys engaging with people. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. You will review job folders for document completion, maintain social media accounts, upload invoices to proper customer portals, and general office and clerical duties as needed. Must possess a positive, friendly attitude, comfortable with Excel, Word, prior experience with P21 ERP desired, but not required as well as excellent communication skills.
