We are in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant who will handle day-to-day tasks and communications for management and residents. Must be proficient in Google Drive, MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Responsibilities include assisting owners with policy & procedure questions, keeping homeowner packets, contact list, and security binders up-to-date, etc. $20.00 – 22.00/hr (DOE)
