Today I continued to work on the Computer Hardware lab. I created and installed a new Windows 10 VM. I figured out how to partition storage space on the Windows 10 VM.

Today I started to work on the Computer Hardware project. I completed the pre lab and will continue the lab tomorrow. Finally, I completed a Percipio benchmark and got a good score.

Today, we learned about identifying job scams and conflicts in the workplace. I worked on my resume and practiced answering interview questions.

Today I presented my tech article and had a discussion about it. Then I finished working on the Sheets project. Finally, we practiced taking notes.

Today I finished working on the Google Slides project. Then I started to work on the Google Sheets project.

Today we talked about the monthly email assignment. We also reviewed keyboard shortcuts and Google Slides. I started to work on the Slides project and will need to continue to work on it tomorrow.

Today I learned where to search for jobs. I also practiced interview questions with Erin, and we both were able to effectively answer many of the questions.

Today I wrote an email reflecting on this month. Then we role-played some customer service scenarios.

Today I installed mricoSIP to set up the phone. We then practiced responding to calls from customers and transferring them to another employee.

Today I learned about providing great customer service. We did some jeopardy and then I completed the independent challenge.
