Today, I took a 3-minute typing test and wrote a Rose Bud Thorn email. Since the phone system was not working today, we worked on written customer service responses instead.

Today I practiced phone call scenarios, though we had some trouble with some of them. I met with Carrie regarding the employment services intake.

Today I practiced some customer service scenarios with my classmates. Then, I worked on the independent challenge.

Today, I learned how to practice for a video-recorded interview. I also continued to work on my resume and did Interview Jeopardy.

Today, I presented my tech article and had a discussion about it. Then, I continued to work on the Drive Imaging lab. I was able to successfully create an image of the Windows 10 operating system and save it to the NAS folder.

Today, I continued to work on the Drive Imaging lab. Since Jose was not here today, I had to work on the lab on my own.

Today, I got started on the Drive Imaging lab. I learned what drive imaging is and how it works. I completed the pre-lab and will start the lab tomorrow.

Today, we learned how to set up a profile on LinkedIn. Then, I worked on my resume. Finally, we practiced interview questions.

Today I presented my tech article and had a discussiion about it. We also learned about the computer bootup process which include POST and BIOS.

Today I continued to work on the computer hardware lab. I was successfully able to install three operating systems in a single VM. I also had a monthly check-in with Carrie.
