What I Did Today
I practiced my typing – my fastest speed today was 63wpm I practiced role playing customer service with POW – we scheduled appointments, sold equipment from the website, and sent appointment reminder emails. I did my check in with Devin and Carrie and discussed my progress this month as well as next steps for SJS.

I practiced typing and got my fastest wpm yet – 68 wpm!! With 95% accuracy. WoooHoooo! I met with Carrie to go over AWEX stuff. I practiced customer service role play scheduling appointments for POW and sending out reminder emails.
