Today I typed. I prepared an email on Roses, Buds, and Thorns for this month. I practiced POW Written Customer Service Responses. I celebrated Erin’s graduation.

Today I sent an appointment reminder for a POW exercise. I had mock interviews with employees of United Business Bank. It was an enjoyable experience.

Typing practice. POW Customer Service Phone Practice. Review of the challenge from yesterday.

Typing practice. Enjoyed Power of Wellness Customer Service Role Play. Spent the rest of the afternoon working on the Independent Google Challenge VI.

Today I worked on my resume and cover letter. Carrie helped me apply for a job. We played an Interview Jeopardy Game. I also participated in the much-needed practice of interview questions.

This week I participated in Mock Interviews. They were informative and good training. I practiced typing as usual. I worked on POW Scheduling most of the week. I finished the week with POS training. I also met with Carrie to discuss my Career Goals.

Today I participated in Mock Interviews. I had two interviews with two employees of Mechanics Bank. They were informative. The questions they asked are ones suggested by Core Employment Services. I enjoyed the experience.

I typed. I worked on reminders for the class POW assignment. I completed a Skillsoft Customer Service course, also.

Typing practice. I practiced role play for signing up New Members and Fitness Service appointments. My first attempt wasn’t so great, but my second attempt got better. It always helps to let my Instructors review when I practice sending something. I needed to change my Gmail signature because the font became a problem for other …

I watched a video on how to get the most out of LinkedIn. I revised my resume and cover letter for a position on Indeed. I answered interview questions in preparation for next week’s mock interviews. It was good practice.
