What I Did Today

Today, I worked on and recorded my portfolio for SJS. It took some time to get everything just right, but I’m glad to have made progress on it. I also listened to an instructional video on good company phone manners, which gave me some useful tips on professional communication. Overall, a productive day!

What I did today

Today we setup 3CX phone app to practice our customer service skills. We learned how to use the phone app and what each button did on the app. We did mock phone calls to practice using the phone app. We did Independent challenges to test our ability in using Google Docs and Google Slides.
