Today we practiced how to leave voicemails on 3CX App. Today we learned about customer service through the telephone. Today we work on our weekly Skillsoft assignments.

Today, I worked on and recorded my portfolio for SJS. It took some time to get everything just right, but I’m glad to have made progress on it. I also listened to an instructional video on good company phone manners, which gave me some useful tips on professional communication. Overall, a productive day!

Today I picked up from yesterday when I had to leave early, and I emailed Carrie about a concrete suggestion to improve workflow for one of the tasks. I did MonkeyType and then I answered the Phone calls form 3CX then I got Brian Bedoka – 2025 Core Training Portfolio Template and try to complete it before tomorrow then I got multiple test today.

I learned phone customer service using 3CX I practiced roll playing employee / customer for BerkMart I completed my first Independent Challenge V2 I enjoyed the challenge and look forward to finding out my results

today we went through a assignment called phone setup on 3cx we did a little activity roleplay. then we did a another assignment activity that we did a little challenge to fix stuff on google docs and sheets

Today we setup 3CX phone app to practice our customer service skills. We learned how to use the phone app and what each button did on the app. We did mock phone calls to practice using the phone app. We did Independent challenges to test our ability in using Google Docs and Google Slides.
