We started with a typing assignment. We discussed the Workplace Communication (Accountability) assignment. Then I completed the Google Docs Formatting Project.

Today I learned how to do my daily and Thursday assignments through Word Press and Slack as well as what is required for the CTT Program.

Today, I learned how to spot grammar and spelling mistakes in documents. I also explored Google Docs’ Page Numbers and Table of Contents features, which will help make longer documents easier to navigate and organize.

Worked on the Proofreading and Editing assignment, and the Cover Letter assignment.

Today in class we practiced our proofreading and editing skills! This was a somewhat difficult task for me, I have never been good at punctuation. I see how this might help if I knew what exactly I was looking for but most of the time I have no idea what proper punctuation is.

Today I started doing some practice on Monkey Type. Then I was working on my portfolio template. I still need to finish the portfolio.
