Today I got restarted in AWEX, for my second round. I was only able to do my job listings and review my task list to get ready for tomorrow because I had to end my day early, so not very eventful!

I returned after a brief departure to handle three more job listings and continued work on the Disability ERG Outreach rpoject.

Today I started with posting job listings with the use of indeed. I then also worked on the emergency food list and trying to expand the list of organizations. I then also worked a little bit on trying to find people to contact for the disability ERG project.

Today I had a meeting with Carrie. Then we went over the independent challenges that we did yesterday. After that, we practiced incoming, outgoing, and transferring calls on the CM3 system.

We practiced using the 3CX phone system in a group on Zoom for our customer service response calls.

I typed 34 wpm. We went over the individual challenge exercise. I learned some shortcuts for underlining and could better comprehend how the formulas are created. We also did some practice on incoming, outgoing, and transferring of calls on the CM3 system.

Today I reviewed my independent challenge. I also did some more practice with phone3cxs. I feel like I’m improving a little more with that.

Work on soft skills, typing, 3cx phone system, zoom, Sheets, and customer service response calls.

We went over the challenge from yesterday. I did ok. I learned a few more things on Google sheets, the division sign. And a few other things. We also practiced on the 3CX system again. It was fun.

I posted jobs on the CTP job board. I worked on the ERG project, updated some missing notes, and sent out an email for a possible collaboration with Southwest Airlines, I was able to find the Disability Leader of ERG Matt Thome’s email address through some research.
