Today I started by presenting my tech article for the week. We then practiced our customer service interactions and the best ways to deal with customer complaints. Then it was time for the end-of-month celebration.

Wonderful day.

Today we got to practice angry customer/ manager scenerios. I did my 3 minute typing test and I did 51 WPM. I also got to see my classmates graduate from CTP.

Today I worked on job postings for the CTP skill center page for the first hour or so. It actually took me awhile to find the first decent listing, and I was generally slower to get the posts done than usual. Then I was able to focus on the new task I was assigned yesterday, …

Today was primarily spent on Outreach for the Disability ERG spreadsheet. Though that was after finding three job listings in my first hour.

I monkey-typed 37 WPM with a 92% accuracy. I was disappointed in my performance. I was hoping to be consistent at 40 WPM. I also had some practice with warm calls. Everyone seemed to know what to do. I neglected to read the instructions at the beginning that described exactly what to do. I finished …

Today was another productive day. I spent the first 15 minutes practicing typing on Monkeytype to improve speed and accuracy. Then, I worked with 3CX phone to practice managing phone calls. Finally, I finished writing customer service responses for Sunshine Express.

I worked on phone calls with Anna and Fred, What a great time that was. I completed today’s assignments. Learned a lot from Jose and Marc. Feeling good about my progress and effort. Compliments to Stacey for the conference call.

Having new learning systems on 3Cx phone systems is cool. Sometimes you need to even make conference calls with your classmates to get everyone on the right page. We had a good laugh when it was all said and done. Good job guys!!!
