As a Customer Service Representative, manages the timely and compliant processing of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) shipments by preparing customs entries and maintaining accurate electronic records. Processes complex air shipment documentation, creates bills of lading, delivery orders, and shipment consolidations, and uploads required files into transportation and order management systems. Monitors pending shipments to ensure deadlines are met, maintains organized eFiles for compliance purposes, and provides accurate reports to supervisors while supporting efficient customs clearance and logistics operations.

Listed pay is $21 to $23 an hour.
