Ready 123 Solutions is hiring a Dell Warranty Technician for onsite technical support. This role involves repairing and installing hardware on laptops and desktops at customer locations.
Key Details:
- 1099 contract position (independent contractor)
- Pay: Weekly (every Friday after first week)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Workload: 5–10 service calls per day (varies)
Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware repairs (e.g., motherboards, hard drives)
- Travel to residential and commercial customer sites
- Pick up parts daily from FedEx and return defective parts
- Use Dell portal to manage tickets and confirm appointments
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop hardware repairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with daily local travel
- Access to a computer and internet
- Must pass background and drug screening
