Comcast Cable is seeking an Installation Technician to install and service XFINITY video, internet, and phone products for residential and business customers. In this role, you will work independently in customers’ homes and outdoors to complete installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You’ll also educate customers on their services and build strong rapport during each visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot XFINITY services
- Provide excellent customer service and clear product explanations
- Work independently in various environments, including outdoors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Bilingual skills are a plus
