Seeking an experienced IT Support professional with strong expertise in desktop/laptop support, SCCM administration, and Windows device management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system deployment, patch management, software packaging, and enterprise device support across Windows and Apple environments.
Key Skills & Experience
- End-user desktop and laptop support
- Windows 10/11 deployment and troubleshooting
- SCCM administration (2007 & 2012 preferred)
- Application deployment, OS deployment, patch management, and reporting
- SCCM collections, packages, and application creation
- SCCM client installation, software distribution, and remote support
- Experience with WSUS, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and JAMF for Apple device management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rescue LogMeIn, and Zoom
- Windows Server support (2012, 2016, 2019)
- IT Service Desk experience and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred, but not required.
