Seeking an experienced IT Support professional with strong expertise in desktop/laptop support, SCCM administration, and Windows device management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system deployment, patch management, software packaging, and enterprise device support across Windows and Apple environments.

Key Skills & Experience

  • End-user desktop and laptop support
  • Windows 10/11 deployment and troubleshooting
  • SCCM administration (2007 & 2012 preferred)
  • Application deployment, OS deployment, patch management, and reporting
  • SCCM collections, packages, and application creation
  • SCCM client installation, software distribution, and remote support
  • Experience with WSUS, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and JAMF for Apple device management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rescue LogMeIn, and Zoom
  • Windows Server support (2012, 2016, 2019)
  • IT Service Desk experience and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred, but not required.
