We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to support laptop refresh projects and day-to-day IT needs across multiple client sites. This role involves traveling to client locations to deploy, configure, and support end-user devices while ensuring a smooth and professional user experience.
- Deploy and configure laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
- Perform device replacements and laptop refresh activities
- Migrate user data and set up access to applications, email, and network resources
- Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, printers, and basic networking problems
- Install and configure standard corporate applications
- Track assets and maintain accurate deployment records
- Deliver excellent customer service and minimize user disruption
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of desktop/IT support experience (NOT REQUIRED)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Experience with hardware setup and deployment projects
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
