Estate Concierge and Operations Manager Fresh Start Hybrid Napa, CA Part-Time

Fresh Start is seeking a proactive, highly organized Household Concierge & Operations Manager to support busy families and professionals through a blend of operations, coordination, and hands-on home management.

This unique role combines behind-the-scenes business support with in-home execution. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate vendors, run errands, and maintain organized, functional living spaces, while also supporting daily business operations such as calendar management, client records, and light administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with the founder, who leads client strategy, while you focus on execution and follow-through.

  • Coordinate client services, vendors, and appointments
  • Run errands (returns, donations, pickups, drop-offs)
  • Maintain and reset organized home spaces (kitchens, closets, common areas)
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and project logistics
  • Track client details and maintain organized records (CRM systems like HoneyBook)
  • Assist with operations, expense tracking, and administrative tasks
  • Provide occasional in-home support (up to 20 hours/month)
