Pay: $18.50–$21/hr.
Be the first and last point of contact for guests at the Flamingo Resort & Spa in Santa Rosa: warm greetings, check-in and check-out, handling guest inquiries and concerns, processing payments and billing adjustments, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and enrolling guests in loyalty programs.
Previous customer service experience is required; hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required. A high school diploma is required; the role requires weekend and holiday availability and standing for extended periods.
