This role supports property management at a 378-unit affordable housing community, assisting with applications, recertifications, waitlists, and resident communication. Candidates should have a high school diploma, property management experience, and preferably COS/CPO or related certifications. Must have reliable transportation and may cover Resident Manager duties when needed.
Pay: $26.25 – $38.85/hour
