As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls through a multi-line phone system, scheduling estimates, confirming installation appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service by providing product and service information. Additional duties include administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in the call center database. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-driven mindset. A successful background check is required for all candidates.

M-F day shifts, with rotating weekends.

Listed pay is: $18.50 to $20 an hour.
