Associates are expected to achieve high customer conversion and retention rates, collaborate with the sales team to boost brand awareness, and consistently project a professional image. Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to team success. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
M-F shifts, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $3,500 to $4,200 a month.
